Meet the Team

Before founding Lullaby Sleep Consulting, Jo was a Chartered Accountant working in Finance - returning to her career after having two children and knowing first hand just how brutal sleepless nights feel when you're also trying to hold everything else together.

Realising she wasn't alone, and frustrated by the lack of clear, practical advice available to parents, Jo left her Accountancy career to do something about it. She trained as a certified Infant Sleep Consultant, and launched Lullaby Sleep Consulting.

Combining her theoretical knowledge of sleep science with her real life experiences, she developed the Lullaby Sleep Method - a proven 6-stage framework now used exclusively across Lullaby Sleep Consulting.

Since launching, Jo has personally helped over 200 families around the world improve their little one's sleep. She is known for her gentle but firm approach, her exceptional support, and her ability to get results even with the trickiest of sleepers.

Outside of work, Jo is a keen netball player and runner, a dedicated mum and wife, and a big believer in balance - in life and in sleep!

Kayleigh is a mum of two wonderfully energetic little ones - a 10 month old and a 2.5 year old. As a recent graduate of '2 under 2', she knows exactly just how relentless the early years can be and she approaches every family she works with with care and understanding.

Kayleigh certified with the Sleep Consultant Academy and is fully trained and experienced in the Lullaby Sleep Method. Having seen incredible results with the families she works with, she recently used the method herself when broken sleep began to take its toll - and it was, in her own words, a game changer. That experience only deepened her knowledge and her passion for helping other parents through exactly the same thing.
