What to expect when you work with me

No one size fits all

My approach is evidence based, and tailored to each individual baby and family that I work with. I will build your plan to fit and work with both your parenting philosophy and your babyโ€™s personality.

Experience and Research

My practice is based on the latest paediatric research and guidance that I keep fully up to date with, coupled with my first hand experience as a Mum of two! Iโ€™m a fully certified Infant Sleep Consultant having trained with the award winning โ€˜The Sleep Consultant Academyโ€™.

Flexible approach

I am a strong believer in flexibility, and I will never ask you or your baby to spend all of your days near your cot. Out and about naps are important for everyoneโ€™s well-being and I actively encourage them as part of your plan.

On-going support

We will be a team.

I will support you as you implement your bespoke plan and continuously review your sleep journey to ensure we are on the optimal path for you.
